| The Electronic Data Collection System (EDCS) provides the electronic means to submit all required pre-arrival information to visit and/or transit the Panama Canal. The EDCS’ primary goal is to provide the highest level of security and service to all our customers; it allows the execution of an on-line risk assessment matrix to properly comply with international security regulations, and to safeguard the Panama Canal and our customers’ assets. |
